Finding decent and authentic Mexican food in Munich used to be close to a miracle until a few months ago—maybe one of the reasons why Californian restaurant owner, Scott Mayers, chose to name his diner near Viktualienmarkt ''Milagros'' (miracles). Together with his Mexican chef, Mayers has compiled a menu of classical dishes from Guacamole and Quesedilla entradas to Enchiladas, Tamales and Fajitas. The quality of all offerings explains the rather high prices at Milagros that successfully fills a gap in Munich's culinary scene. For eaters, who don't care for Milagros' rather peculiar wooden interior design, the restaurant also offers a take-out service.
