Museum Brandhorst

Collection of modern art, including Picasso, Cy Twombly and Gerhard Richter, assembled by private collectors Anette and Udo Bandhorst. One of the exhibition's highlights is certainly the comprehensive representation of Andy Warhol's oevre nowhere else to be found in Europe. However, the edifice of Museum Brandhorst itself is already worth a visit. The various layers of the façade shift like a picture puzzle depending on the position of the beholder, and the overall structure convincingly uses colors as a decisive element of the building.
