Bop till you drop

If you feel as if the clock keeps ticking but your feet keep tapping, and the youth club culture of kids in their late teens and early 20s seems a bit too distant, there are plenty of opportunities springing up for “old folks” over 25, which will allow you to get back on the dance floor. The “Erst ab 25” party (www.erstab25.de) is held every Thursday, starting at 10 pm, in the Diskothek Hamlet (Leopoldstr. 194). Radio Gong sponsors the “Ü-30-Fete” (www.partyueber30.de) at the Georg-Elser-Halle (Rosenheimerstr. 143) and is reserved for 30-somethings: the next party takes place on March 5 at 10 pm. And you don’t have to be a senior citizen to enjoy the “Älternabend” (www.schlachthof.net) every Monday night at 9 pm at Schlachthof (Zenettistr. 9), but you better bring your fake i.d. to prove you’re over 30.
