Theatron Music Summer
The annual Theatron Music festival combines the best parts of summer entertainment: The stage on the Olympic Park lake is a gorgeous open-air setting, where audiences will enjoy more than 15 short films, 2 firework shows, and 61 concerts of everything from Andalusian guitar to zydeco. Best of all, it’s free. The annual event is sponsored by the Kulturreferat and has been running since the 1972 Olymipcs. It will take place this year from August 1 to 27. Concerts take place at 7 pm and 8:30 pm each night, and movie screenings begin on Saturdays at 10 pm. Watch the fireworks shows on August 9 and 16 from the nearby hill.
