Opera Immersion Package

Munich’s opera festival is one of the most-antic-ipated events of the year, and tickets to the shows are snapped up months in advance. For English-speaking opera fans, however, we are thrilled to report a unique opportunity to experience the festival’s world-class performances. JUST Travel is offering a special opera package for English speakers. On Sunday, July 15, participants will have the opportunity to attend a lecture on opera, a visit to the world’s third largest opera stage, and a walking tour of Munich music history. The bubbly and personable Lucy Halman Russell (docent at the Würzburg Universtiy of Music and a National Geographic Expeditions Expert) will serve as lecturer and guide. This education is all in preparation for the performances: Wagner’s Flying Dutchman on July 26 at 7:30 pm, and Rossini’s Turk in Italy on July 29 at 11 am. Tickets to the shows are only available as part of the whole package, which costs € 249 per person. To register for this singular experience, call JUST Travel, 747 33 30 or email info@justtravel.de
