Free Time, Travel, and Motorcycle Fairs

Motorcycle fans of all ages are sure to be revved up for the 14th annual International Motorcycle Exhibition (IMOT) at M.O.C. München Freimann, February 16 to 18. World-class brands will display their newest bikes, a special exhibition will feature custom-made models and, for the first time, browsers will be able to find a bargain among a selection of used BMW cycles. Kids and young adults have the most to look forward to this year: reduced admission prices, and beginner driving lessons from Munich’s Wittmann driving school. Entry for adults is € 12; children under 18, € 3; children under 12, free. The fair will be open daily, 9 am–6 pm. The CBR Fair will also feature bikes, along with campers, vacation homes, travel literature, surfboards, fishing poles, and everything else falling under the broad theme of “Free Time and Travel.” Representatives from more than 73 countries will stock 1,433 booths at MesseMünchen from February 22 to 26, advising visitors on how to have a good time in almost any way imaginable. The fair ill be open Thursday to Sunday, 10 am–7 pm, and 10 am–6 pm on Monday. Adult tickets are € 11, and € 5 after 4 pm; children age 12–18, € 8; children age 6–11, € 4; children under 6, free.
